Defects include, but are not limited to, stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, very poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you receive.

Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with a picture(s) showing the issue.

Once we have received your email we will reply to you within 24 hours.

Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.

Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.

You are guaranteed of a refund once we have received your returned item.

II Exchanges
