Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.
Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item. You are guaranteed of a refund once we have received your returned item.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment, please place a new order to receive the item of your choice. We will refund you once we have received your original item.
You may return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. Simply email us and describe the problem, or the reason for return, plus photos of any issue. Please also include your order number in your email.
A returned product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must not have been worn outside or washed and the label should be attached.
We are responsible, or partially responsible, for the following defects providing the item is returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the product that you received.
